Context
This Acceptable Use Policy complements the Master SaaS Services Agreement (clauses 3.3 and 8). By using FlowGuard you agree not to perform the activities described here. Breach may result in immediate suspension of the Services per clause 4.3 of the Master Agreement.
Prohibited uses
1. Unauthorized third-party applications. Do not use FlowGuard to run tests, capture traffic, or scan code against systems you are not contractually or legally authorized to test. The responsibility to obtain such authorization rests exclusively with the Customer.
2. Prohibited data. Do not upload to the Platform:
- a) Personal data of minors without verifiable parental consent.
- b) Data categorized as sensitive under applicable data-protection law (such as health, biometric, genetic, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious-belief data) without the corresponding lawful basis.
- c) Information classified as government secret or subject to U.S. or other applicable export controls (including ITAR or EAR-controlled technical data).
- d) Active production credentials when a test-credential alternative exists.
3. Security and technical abuse. Do not:
- a) Run penetration tests, mass fuzzing, or stress testing against the Platform without prior written authorization.
- b) Attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or license controls.
- c) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the agent or the Platform.
- d) Deliberately upload malware, exploits, or payloads that affect the integrity of the Platform or of third-party applications reached via the Platform.
4. Resale and abusive multi-tenancy. Do not resell access to the Platform as your own service, except under a duly signed reseller agreement with Pintor Project. Do not use one account to operate as a service provider to unrelated third parties.
5. Spam and unlawful content. Do not use the Platform to distribute spam, phishing, unlawful content, content infringing copyright, or content that violates the terms of service of Microsoft Azure, Anthropic, Stripe, or other sub-processors.
6. Impersonation. Do not impersonate another person or organization, nor claim affiliations you do not have.
Use of AI features
7.1. Proposals, analyses, and fixes generated by our AI models are statistical suggestions. You must manually review and validate proposals before applying them to production.
7.2. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences for third parties.
7.3. Do not attempt to induce the models to generate content prohibited by the acceptable-use policies of Anthropic, Microsoft, or other AI providers.
Reporting violations
If you suspect a Customer or user is violating this policy, write to abuse@flowguardians.com. For security vulnerabilities, security@flowguardians.com.
Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in warning, temporary suspension, contract termination without refund, and depending on severity, referral to competent authorities.
